What can you as a teacher do to begin the shift from mass standardization (Industrial Age education) to nurturing individual, student creativity (Information Age education) as Sir Ken Robinson promotes?

  1. Let the kids decide more things in your room. Even if it is as simple as flexible due dates for assignments. When they talk listen and stop judging them in front of their peers Praise and Repair in private.
